2 C. diced chicken or turkey
1/3 chicken broth
1/4 C. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 C. chopped celery
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1 Tbsp. butter
1 C. Chinese noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 C. cashews
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and celery in butter. Add chicken, soup, broth, soy sauce, pepper sauce, and black pepper. Top with Chinese noodles and cashews; bake.

Pan Size: quart casserole
Bake: 20 minutes
Temperature: 350 degrees
Servings: 4

This is meant for leftover meat. I sauté a boneless chicken breast when I make this.
