1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. McCormick pure peppermint extract
1/4 tsp. McCormick green food coloring
Whipped cream
cherry or green sprinkles (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, add the ice cream, milk, peppermint extract and green food coloring. Cover, and blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour into glasses. Top with whipped cream and either a cherry or some green sprinkles, if desired.
