Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 lb butter
2 c sugar
4 eggs well beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 pint sour cream
2 tsp baking soda
3 tsp baking powder
3 c flour

10 Tb sugar
2 Tb cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar followed by eggs and beat well. Add vanilla and sour cream and blend well. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda and add to wet mixture.

Grease and flour bundt pan. Sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar in the bottom. Pour 2/3 of batter into the pan. Sprinkle 2/3 of cinnamon sugar over the batter. Pour the rest of the batter on top. Run a knife through the batter to prevent air bubbles. The batter is beginning to rise heavily so be sure to break it down somewhat so it doesn't bake over the sides of the pan. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar on top.

Bake 1 hour in a 350º oven.

Remove and cool on rack just 5 minutes and then invert on pretty cake plate to remove from the pan. Serve warm or next day. Cover overnight on the counter with a pretty glass cake topper.

Personal Notes:
Another keeper from my friend Donna Hutches. This is a family recipe she had fresh from the oven the first time we visited the barn at Keuka Lake and everyone devoured it.
