½ head green cabbage, shredded
½ c. green bell peppers, sliced
½ c. red bell peppers, sliced
½ c, yellow onions, diced
1 c. squash, sliced
1 c. zuchinni, sliced
½ c. carrots, sliced
¼ c. olive oil
½ c. water or chicken stock
¼ c.season salt
¼ c.garlic powder
¼ oz. white pepper
½ tsp. celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place all vegetables in a colander and wash thoroughly under running water, drain and set aside. Heat oil in Wok until hot. Before oil begins to smoke, add all wet vegetables to hot oil. Saute for 1 minute over high heat, stirring constantly. stir in dry ingredients: salt, pepper, garlic, celery seed. Add ½ cup water or chicken stock, cover immediately and steam vegetables until tender. Remove from heat and serve.
