2 gallons of white beans, soaked overnight (drained)
2 gallons cold water
1 ham hock
1 grated carrot
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 c dried onion
Ham base to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil all ingredients in the 2 gallons of cold water for 1 hour
Remove the ham hock, cut ham into small pieces, add to soup. Simmer for 1 hour
