1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. crushed Zesta crackers
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
3 T. oil
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. water
1 can golden mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls. In large skillet, brown meatballs in hot oil. Drain fat. Mix onion soup mix in water. Pour 1/2 into bottom of casserole dish. Lay meatballs in casserole dish. Add mushroom soup into the other 1/2 onion soup mix. Pour over meatballs. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
