Crust:

3 c. flour
3 c. quick cooking rolled oats
2 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. butter, softened

Filling:

1 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 jars caramel (18 oz.)
4 1/2 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease jelly roll pan. In large bowl, combine crust ingredients. Blend to form crumbs. Press half of crumbs into prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

Sprinkle with chips and nuts. Blend caramel and flour. Drizzle over chocolate and nuts. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Return to oven for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
