5 Lbs russet potatoes, diced not peeled
5 Tbl garlic
1 Large yellow onion, chopped
1 64 oz. chicken broth
2 8 oz. cream cheese
5 slices bacon cooked crispy
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, garlic, onions and chicken broth in crock pot
Cook on high for 5 hours
Puree soup in food processor with softened cream cheese
Serve warm topped with sour cream, shredded cheese and bacon
