3 eggs, separated
1/4 c. sugar
1 dozen macaroon cookies, crushed
2 Tbs. crunchy nutlike cereal nuggets
1 Tbs. maraschino cherry juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine egg yolks and sugar, beating until thick.

2. Stir in three-fourths of macaroon crumbs, cereal, cherry juice,
almond extract and pecans.

3. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into macaroon mixture.

4. Fold in whipped cream.

5. Spoon mixture into paper cups set in a muffin pan.

6. Sprinkle with remaining macaroon crumbs. Freeze until firm.

7. Serve frozen.
