Meat Mixture:

1 lb Hamburger meat
¼ cup Onion (chopped)
1 pkg Taco seasoning
1 cup Pinto beans (drained)
2 cups Tomato juice or canned tomatoes

Fry Bread:
2 cups Self Rising flour
1 cup Water

Possible Toppings:
Grated cheese
Diced tomatoes
Shredded lettuce
Chopped onions
Sour cream
Picante sauce

Meat Mixture:
Brown hamburger and onions. Drain fat, add taco seasoning and tomato juice. Simmer for 20 minutes, then add beans and simmer until ready to use.

Fry Bread:
Heat oil in deep fryer. Mix water and flour. Pinch off dough in 3 inch diameter balls. Wet hands or use sprayed wax paper to flatten balls to 1/4 inch thick. Fry in deep fryer in 350º oil until brown on both sides.

Assemble Tacos:
Spoon meat mixture onto fry bread and add toppings.
