2 (15 oz) cans kidney beans, drained
1 pound hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 (10¾ oz) can tomato soup
2 strips of chopped bacon
½ cup brown sugar, packed

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon, then add chopped onions and hamburger and brown. Add tomato soup, brown sugar, mustard, and beans. Stir together. Put mixture into a covered casserole dish and bake at 300º for 2 hours.

Personal Notes:
In our house, we love the sauce, so I always double the soup, brown sugar and mustard. Otherwise, we think the beans are a bit dry. It's great with cornbread or sourdough bread. A little sprinkle of shredded cheese on top is nice, too!
