"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

¾ lb. spaghetti
1 egg
½ c. milk
½ tsp garlic powder
1 c. mozzarella cheese + more for topping

48 oz. spaghetti sauce
½ tsp. oregano
3 c. mozzarella cheese
pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti, drain, and cool. Beat egg, milk, salt, & garlic powder. Add cheese and mix into the cooled spaghetti. Put in a well sprayed 9 x 13 dish. Bake for 15 min. at 400º. Remove from oven, lower temperature to 350º, and stir in the spaghetti sauce & oregano. Top with mozzarella cheese covering entire surface. Place slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese and put back in the oven for 30 min. Let stand at least 5 min.

(This can be mixed up then frozen for later. I would add the cheese on top before baking.)
