Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
4 T. melted butter
2 T. sugar

Filling:
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 cups sliced rhubarb
1 1/2 cups water
6 T. tapioca
2 T. cornstarch

1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
9 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients, press into rectangular pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350º. Cool. Cook filling ingredients until thick. Cool. Spread on to cooled crust. Prepare pudding and spread on top of filling. Cover with Cool Whip and chill.
