1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 14 oz. bag caramels
2/3 cup evaporated milk, divided
3/4 cup margarine, softened
1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels with half the evaporated milk and set aside. Mix cake mix, margarine and remaining evaporated milk. Spread half the mixture on bottom of an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Spread chocolate chips over, then pour on the melted caramels. Carefully spread the remaining half of the cake mixture on top. (This isn't easy but will taste great no matter what.) Bake at 350º for 15 to 16 minutes.
