1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 T. thinly sliced green onions
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
5 large eggs
1-1/2 cups half and half
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, cheese, onions and bacon. Place in pie shell. Beat eggs with half and half and pepper; pour over corn mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350ºF for 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
