2 c. Corn frozen, thawed
1 Avocado ripe, peeled and diced
1 Peach, peeled and diced
1 Red Pepper, peeled and diced
1 Red Onion Medium peeled and diced
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp. Lime Juice
11/2 tsp. Cumin ground
1 tsp. Oregano ground
1 tbsp. Garlic minced
1 tbsp. Cilantro
1 Jalapeno seeded and minced
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
Baked Pita Chips

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients carefully toss. Pour lime juice over mixture and transfer to serving dish and refrigerate. When severing remove from refrigerator and toss and sever.
