5 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
3 cups chopped cooked ham
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
6 large eggs
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
1 cup milk
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ham, hash browns, bell pepper and 2 cups cheese in a bowl. In another bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk, oregano, salt, pepper, chili powder and onion powder. Combine the egg mixture with the hash brown mixture, Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350ºF for 35 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese. Return to oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until hash browns are tender and knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve with dollop of sour cream and Pico de Gallo or salsa.
