1/4 cup butter or margarine'
40 regular large marshmallows
1/2 ts. Vanilla
6 cups of Rice Krispies

In a large saucepan over low heat melt butter. Add marshmallows, stir until melted and well blended. Remove from heat. Stir. In vanilla, add cereal stirring until coated. Using lightly buttered spatula, press into butter pan and cool, cut into squares.

If you use a plastic bowl to mix this recipe in it doesn't dry up as fast as it would in a glass bowl, and it doesn't stick to the I=side of the bowl like a glass bowl does.
