1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 packages (10 to 12 ounces each) white baking chips
1-1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped
1 cup dried cranberries
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 15x10x1-in. baking pan with foil. Brush with butter. Microwave white chips on high until melted; stir until smooth. Stir in pecans, cranberries and nutmeg. Spread into prepared pan. Chill until firm. Break into pieces. Yield: 2 pounds. Note: Substitute macademia nuts for pecans and omit nutmeg, if desired.
