2 Zucchini small, sliced 1/4 inch thick ( 11/2 to 2 cups)
2 Yellow Squash, sliced 1/4 inch thick ( 11/2 to 2 cups)
1 Onion small, sliced and separated into rings ( 1/3 cup)
2 c. Tomatoes cherry, halved
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese grated
1/2 tsp. dried Thyme, crushed
1/2 tsp. Garlic minced
1/2 tbsp. Olive oil
Pinch Sea salt
1/4 tsp. Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian Herbs

Directions:
Place steamer basket in large saucepan. Add water to just below the basket. Bring to boiling. Place zucchini, squash, and onion in steamer basket. Cover and steam for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes. Cook, covered, about 2 minutes more or till tomatoes are just heated through.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together Parmesan cheese, thyme, garlic, olive oil, Italian herbs,
salt and black pepper.

Carefully remove steamer basket from saucepan. Transfer vegetables to serving bowl. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese mixture over vegetables. Toss gently and serve.
