1-1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
4 cups (1 quart) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 jar (2 oz.) chopped pimiento, drained
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
In large bowl, combine sugar, oil and vinegar. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours to blend flavors. Will keep in refrigerator up to 10 days.
