1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 dash cayenne pepper
8 butter crackers, crushed
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all but crackers and bacon. Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish, such as a 9 inch pie pan. Top mixture with crushed cracker crumbs. Bake at 350ºF for about 15 minutes until heated through. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve immediately with corn chips, tortilla chips, crackers or bagel chips.
