1 20 OZ CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
6-8 OZ PINEAPPLE JUICE
3 CUPS SUGAR
1 BOX SURE JELL
1 TBSP BUTTER

Directions:
Directions:
ADD ENOUGH PINEAPPLE JUICE TO UNDRAINED CAN OF PINEAPPLE TO MAKE 3 1/4 CUPS.
BRING PINEAPPLE AND PECTIN TO FULL ROLLING BOIL.
ADD SUGAR AT ONCE. BRING TO BOIL. ADD BUTTER AND COOK 1 MINUTE.

ON A TRIP TO THE AZORES, NADEEN, GERRIE AND I LOVED THE PINEAPPLE JAM THAT WAS SERVED EVERYWHERE. WHEN I GOT HOME I TRIED TO DUPLICATE IT.
