1 deep dish pie crust
4 Tbsp. corn starch
3/4 cp. sugar
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 1/4 cps. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Topping:
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 cp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Bake pie crust for 10 min. Mix the sugar and corn starch together. Melt butter in medium saucepan and add sugar mixture and cream, stirring constantly over medium heat until thick and creamy. Add vanilla and pour into crust. Topping: Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Drizzle melted butter over top of pie and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 24-30 min., then turn broiler on for about a min., watching pie closely. Remove from oven and cool before cutting or refrigerating.
