1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
3 squares (1 oz. each) chocolate
2 large eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together with electric mixer in order given. Stir in the nuts. Bake at 350ºF, in a greased and floured 8 x 4 inch loaf pan, for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
