3 9-inch pans baked cornbread, crumbled
4 slices white or French bread, torn in small pieces
1 c. Butter or margarine
1 c chopped celery
1 c finely chopped onion
1/2 c chopped green onions
Salt and pepper taste
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
1-2 c Turkey stock or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté celery, onions and green onions in butter. Pour into cornbread and bread crumbs. Add chopped eggs. Add broth to desired moisture. Stuff turkey with dressing. Place remainder in buttered casserole dish. Bake turkey according to directions on turkey. Bake casserole dressing covered in 325 deg. Oven for 45 mins. ( Additional broth may be poured over dressing as desired)
