Prepare according to number of servings, ahead of time (store in different containers):

Pineapple, chunky
Tomatoes, chopped
Celery, chopped
Green onions, chopped
Stir-fry vegetables, cooked and hot
Chunks of cooked chicken
Cream of Chicken soup, heated

Directions:
Directions:
Place on your plate in order given:

Handful of Chow Mein Noodles (in a can)
Hot, cooked rice (place on top of noodles)

Select from the above ingredients and place on top of rice. Ladle soup over everything once put together.

Hint - extra chicken chunks can be put in canned soup.
