Crust
2½ cups oats
1 cup flaked coconut
¾ cup butter
Filling
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese - softened
2 tsp. lemon peel or juice
1¼ cups sugar
1 (15¼ oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice -* do not use sweetened
1 (8 oz.) can tidbits in own juice
2 enveloped unflavored gelatin
2¼ cups Cool Whip (la Crème)

Directions:
Melt butter. Add to oats & coconut. Pat into greased long Pyrex. Cook 10 minutes @350º. Cool.
Prepare filling by blending cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar. Drain juices into a pan and sprinkle gelatin over juice - then place on low heat until geletin is dissolved. Add pineapple to cream cheese mixture. Stir in gelatin.Fold in cool whip and pour into dish.Top with nuts and toasted coconut. Chill at least 6 hours.
