1 lb. of crab meat
2 eggs
1/2 cup of cracker crumbs
3 tbps. of mayo
2 tbsp. of finely minced onion
1 tbsp. of minced green pepper
1 tsp. of dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and mix thoroghly. Roll into small balls and pan fry in oil and butter until outside is crisp.
