Zucchini Cake

3 eggs (beaten)
1 cup of oil
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of flour
2 cups of grated zucchini
1/4 tsp. of baking powder
2 tsp. of baking soda
3 tsp. of cinnamon
3 tsp. of vanilla

Cream Cheese Icing

1 container of Betty Crocker cream cheese icing
8 oz. of cream cheese
1/2 of a container of cool whip

Zucchini Cake:
Butter and flour a baking pan. Combine all ingredients and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Icing: Blend together icing, cream cheese, and cool whip.
