1 Box of 2 Refrigerated Pie Shells (Pillsberry)
2 (14 to 16 ounce) bags of Frozen Blackberries
1 Stick Butter, melted
1 ⅓ cups Sugar (for berries0
½ cup Flour
¾ cup Sugar (for crust)
½ Stick Butter, cut into small cubes
½ cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º

Unroll one pie shell; place in bottom and up sides of 12" Cast Iron Skillet. Pierce bottom and sides with fork.

Bake for 7 minutes.

Increase Oven to 400º

In large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar for berries and flour. Put berries in bowl and toss until covered and the mixture is crumbly.

Pour into skillet. Sprinkle water over berries.

Unroll 2nd crust over top of berries, sealing at the edges.

Cut tiny slits in top of pie crust; Scatter butter cubes and sugar over top of crust.

Bake 45 minutes until bubbly at edges and beginning to brown on top. Pie shields will help edges from burning if that is a problem.
