1/3 cp. melted butter
1 cp. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1 1/2 cps. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cp. milk
1 cp. fresh or frozen blueberries
Glaze:
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a loaf pan. In mixing bowl, beat sugar, eggs and butter. Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Slowly add flour to eggs, alternating with milk. Add lemon juice and fold in berries. Pour batter into pan and bake 1 hour. Cool bread in pan for 10 min. Glaze: Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together. Remove bread from pan and drizzle with glaze.
