Small Red Pototes, sliced
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt and black pepper

Step One:
Adjust oven rack to lowest position and heat oven to 450º.

Step Two:
Toss potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a large lipped cookie sheet.

Step Three:
Roast until tender and golden brown. (20-30min)
