1 tsp cornstarch mixed in 1 T water
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp minced ginger root
1 pkg tofu, cubed
5 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp hot bean sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
3 green onions, chopped
1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

1. Brown ground pork in a small skillet ~5 minutes, drain fat.

2. In a large skillet heat oil and cook garlic & ginger ~1 minute until fragrant.

3. Stir in tofu and cook 2 minutes. Season with soy sauce, hot bean sauce, sugar. Stir.

4. Add ground pork & green onion, and then add cornstarch mixture to thicken. Add sesame oil last.
