1 tsp. Yeast
1/3 c. Water
1/3 c. Sugar
1/3 c. Butter
2/3 c. Mashed Potatoes
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/3 c. Hot Water
2/3 c. Cold Water
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Grated Lemon Peel

4 c. Flour
1/2 c. Dry Milk Powder
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Blend all ingredients BUT flour and dry milk. Add flour and dry milk. Knead until it forms soft dough. Let rise. Roll out to 3/4 " thick. Cut into 3" rounds. Fry.
