1 c Karo syrup, light or dark
3 eggs
1 c sugar
2T melted butter
1 t pure vanilla extract
1 handful semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c of chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first five ingredients by hand til well combined. Mix in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly on top. Bake for 60-70 minutes until set.
