Sauce:
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. cayenne
2 tbsp. mustard

Meat Loaf:
6 strips cooked bacon
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions:
Directions:
Chop bacon and mix with 1/3 sauce and form meat loaf. Top with remaining sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Drain grease and top with can of French onions. Bake additional 20 minutes.
