1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chopped chives (freeze dried are fine)
4 c. cooked cubed potatoes.
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over 350º
In sauce pan over low heat, whisk together cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add chives and salt, carefully fold in potatoes and pour into 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish, top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
