1 lbs. sirloin tips cut into 1 inch pieces
1 8oz. pkg. sliced baby portabella mushrooms
1 10 3/4oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. dry red wine
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together beef tips and remaining ingredients in a lightly greased crock pot. Cover and cook on high 4 hours or low 6 - 8 hours, stir a couple of times. You can also cook on high for 2 hours and finish on stove top on low for 2 hours until meat is tender.
