Bag of chicken wings (not frozen)
Salt and pepper to taste
Franks Red Hot Sauce

Preheat oven 450

Season lightly with salt and pepper. Place wings in foil lined pan with sides. Bake for 30 minutes, drain the fat off and flip wings over and cook another 20 minutes until golden brown. You can broil for a few minutes if you would like extra crispy. Toss with Franks Red Hot and enjoy.

Lighter version of fried wings and very tasty. Quick to put together when people stop over and always great to eat while watching Appalachian football games.
