10 large Jalapeño Peppers
1 pkg. plain cream cheese, room temperature
5 Slices of bacon , cut into thirds
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Jalapeños in half and scrape out seeds and ribs with spoon, wear gloves! Put softened cream cheese into Ziploc bag and cut off bottom corner to make a piping bag. Pipe each pepper full of cheese then wrap with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Cook on baking rack or broiler pan at 450º for 20 -25 minutes until the fat has rendered off the bacon and it has become crispy.
