• Chinese sausage, sliced diagonally ¼” think
• 3-4 dried mushrooms, soaked and sliced
• 3 cup bok choy, sliced ¼” thick, separate green tops from stalk
• 2 to 2 ½ teaspoon sugar (to taste)
• Salt (to taste)
• Pepper (to taste)
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 Tablespoon oil
• 1 Tablespoon water
• 1 to 1 ½ Tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat skillet or wok. Add ½ Tablespoon oil and heat. Add sausage and mushrooms, stir fry for one minute. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2) Add remaining ½ Tablespoon oil and stalk part of the bok choy and stir fry for 1 minute. Add dry ingredients, remaining bok choy and water. Cover and simmer for one or two minutes. Add Chinese sausage and mushrooms. If desired, add oyster sauce.
