20 lbs. tomatoes (1/2 bushel) core and slice
1 1/2 lbs. onions sliced
2 large green peppers sliced
8 stalks celery with leaves
10 gloves garlic, sliced
3 Tbs. whole all spice in cheesecloth
8 sliced carrots

Add to Juice
2 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. Worcester sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook green peppers and celery in 2-3 cups water until soft. Soft boil tomatoes, onions, garlic, carrots and all spice for 10 minutes, then add in peppers and celery. Strain in colander.

Next boil salt, sugar, Worcester sauce, vinegar and lemon for 10 minutes then add to strained juice.


Pour into hot sterilized jars, makes 7 -8 quarts of juice.

Lots of time in preparing to make this but was one of mama's favorites. She had to hide from Brinn, he would come over and take several jars of it to make Bloody Mary's.
