½ c. Crisco
2 ½ c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
¼ c. milk
1 t. vanilla
¾ c. undrained crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco, butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating after each. Mix flour and baking powder. Add this alternately with milk. Beat then add vanilla and pineapple. Blend well.
Pour in greased tube pan. Place in cold oven, heat oven to 325. Bake 1 ½ hours. Cool slightly. Remove from pan.

1 ½ c. powdered sugar
1 c. drained pineapple

Mix butter, powdered sugar and drained pineapple.
Pour over hot cake.
