1 box manicotti
1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta Cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg - slightly beaten
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce * I like Kroger traditional

Directions:

Mix together cheeses, egg, and seasonings. Stuff into uncooked manicotti shells. Heat sauce and 1 cup water to boiling. Place a thin layer of sauce in prepared baking dish. Arrange filled pasta in single layer in dish. Pour remaining sauce over pasta. Cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes @ 350º. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 mintes, or until bubbly.
