1 tsp parsley
2 cups crab meat
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
dash of pepper
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 can green beans or peas

Directions:
Directions:
Dot with butter 4 small casserole baking dishes
Preheat oven to 400º.

Mix all ingredients together and spoon into the casserole dishes.
Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.

You can substitute tuna, shrimp, or salmon for the crab meat.
