2 well-beaten eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
3 apples peeled and chunked
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup all purpose flour



Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in the order given.
Spread mixture out in a buttered 9" pie pan.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cover the top with foil.
Place back in the oven and continue cooking 20 more minutes.
Let cool. Refrigerate.
When served, top with whipped cream.
