1 bag Hershey kisses
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Sugar for rolling in
Directions:
Directions:
Beat shortening and peanut butter. Add sugar and brown sugar, beat until fluffy. Add milk, egg and vanilla, beat well. Stir flour, salt, baking soda, beat slowly into peanut butter mixture. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned. Immediately place a kiss into cookie.
