Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 c. Bisquick
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 room temperature 12 ounce beer, doesn't matter if it's light or regular beer

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Using cooking spray (Pam), spray 2 medium muffin cups OR spray 4 mini muffin tin cups. MIx in a large bowl, stirring the Bisquick and sugar together. Add one room temperature beer slowly and stir. Spoon batter into either mini muffin tins or regular muffin tins until each cup is 3/4 full. If you run out of batter and have empty cups, place water in each empty cup - 1/4 full. Bake until golden brown or about 20 to 25 minutes.

Note: You may also use this recipe to make a loaf of Beer Bread - Simply pour mixture into loaf pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
- The alcohol in the beer bakes out and you are left with a very moist inside and crunchy outside. If you like more crust, bake mixture in the mini muffin pans.
- These rolls are not as good cold but cutting them in half and warming them in a toaster oven will make them good as new.
