Sauté:
1 Cup of Vegetable Oil
1 - 2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
4 - 6 Medium Onions, chopped
Add:
4 tsp. Cornstarch
Cook for 1 minute.
Add:
1 cup Green (Hot Dog) Relish
8 TBLSP. regular Vinegar
2 Cups Ketchup
1 ⅓ Cups Worcestershire Sauce
Bring to a boil
Add:
1 tsp. Salt
4 tsp. dry Mustard
˝ tsp. Tabasco Sauce
4 tsp. Capers (Optional)
Stir well. Makes 6 cups of Sauce.
Freezes well. Doubling recipé does not work well.
